• Service Providers: Firebase Cloud Messaging (for push notifications), OpenAI API (if you use AI features).

• Your Organisation: If you are a Client or Technician, your organisation may access relevant asset data.

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (via our Account Deletion Page), we permanently remove your personal data and associated records from our system within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
